Spider-Man into Lizard Cover Art

I remember this one.  Originally it was supposed to be a six issue storyline where he's running around scaring people and savagely defeating some enemies until Dr. Connors finally nuts up and becomes the Lizard to save him and return him to normal.  really like this.
